These life experiences are there to share with our branch managers to help them set and achieve their goals; increasing your production, becoming more profitable, hiring and training loan officers and/or target marketing.

Our branches vary in size, but we put a heavy emphasis on helping you grow your branch.
Branches have the option of starting as “solicitation only”, (which works well for top Loan Officers that are first starting with their own branch), or “full service” where they originate and process.

In-house underwriting and closing authority may be granted to a branch manager that has demonstrated superb management skills in running a high volume and consistently profitable branch.
