Q. What is a “BRANCH-PRO TM” member?

A. This is the name we give to those individuals we choose to operate  

      and manage our branch locatons . Lend-Mor is not in the 

      business of signing up just "anyone" to manage our branches. We

      look for professionals that are strong enough to be in business for

      themselves, but have the foresight to align themselves with a 

      company that provides superior support and services.

Q. How can Lend-Mor Mortgage Bankers Corp. help me grow?

A. We provide all the support functions, so you’re free to recruit

      Loan Officers and originate. Our corporate support team

      handles all the underwriting, closing, funding, payroll,

      accounting, computer support, compliance, QC and Benefit’s

      Administration. 

Q. Why should I choose Lend-Mor Mortgage Bankers Corp?

A. OUR PEOPLE! Quite simply, we have the best Management

     Support Team around. We offer a strict underwriting turnaround

     time of 48 hours, and closings within 24 - 48 hours of files cleared

     from underwriting.

Q. How does the cash flow through the branch?

A. We operate on a “cash basis”, which means, when we receive

      the funds, the branch Profit and Loss account is credited

      within 48 hours. Funds (points and/or fees) collected at

      closing are credited to the branch profit and loss account     

      within 48 hours, and the  backend (premium and SRP) is credited

      within 48 hours of  the loan being purchased by the end

      Investor. All branch related expenses and payroll are paid

      through the P & L. You can view your real-time P & L 24 hours

      a day by accessing your branch’s  Quickbooks online. 

Q.  How do I sign up to get approved as a Lend-mor Branch?

A.  To begin the process of becoming a member of

      Branc- PRO, contact BranchPro@lendmor.com, or call our 

      Branch-PRO Development Division at (888)-LENDMOR.

     You will receive a complete Branch Manager Application 

     Package  which contains additional information and 

     procedures on Lend-mor's Branch-PRO.

Q. How long does it take to get approved for Branch-PRO?

A. Once your completed Branch Manager Package is 

    received, we will perform our required background checks

    and then start the licensing process. Depending on state

    licensing requirements, it may take between two weeks to

    two months to license a branch location. In order for you to

    continue servicing your clientele, you may work out of one

    of our other licensed corporate locations until your branch

    location is approved.  We have transitioned hundreds of

    Sales Persons and will make your move as smooth as

    possible!
